Shipping Information
All Program orders are processed in the first week of each month. So, if you join before the 15th of the month, you will be sent the current selection and will be billed again on the first of the month if you choose monthly billing. If you join after the 15th, your Program membership will start the following month.
All monthly soaps are sent via Priority Mail; All prices listed already include shipping! If you place items other than Soap Program Memberships in your shopping cart, you will be charged shipping for those products only.
Sending as a Gift
If this is a gift membership, please indicate the "ship to" address and any special messages in the "Comments" section of your order. We`ll include a special card with the first shipment to announce your thoughtful gift.
Cancellations/Suspensions
If you would like to cancel the program, you may do so at anytime by sending us an email by the first of the month. We will send you a confirmation letter within 3 days that your membership has been cancelled. If you need suspend your subscription, just drop us a note and we will suspend your membership until you are ready to start up again.
Special Requests/Allergies
