Returns and Credits
Orders may not be cancelled once they are placed and
confirmation has been sent out. We do not give refunds on any returned
items. You will receive "store credit" only in the amount of the purchased
price. No credit will be given on used items. Products must be returned,
unopened if possible, in the original container in order to receive
credit.
Customer is responsible for return postage. However, if
product does need to be returned due to company error, postage will be
paid by us.
All orders are filled on a first come first served basis. Orders are
shipped out approximately 7-10 business days after we received your order
and full payment (unless otherwise indicated in the ship time box on
product information due to curing time for cold process soaps)
Secret Pal Shopping
Here at South Texas Naturals we are a "secret pal"
friendly business! If you'd like to purchase a gift for your secret pal,
or just send a special unexpected surprise anonymously, we are very happy
to accommodate you. In the comments box at check out, just let us know
this is for your "secret pal" or "anonymous gift" and any information you
would like on a gift card. When you are checking out, enter your
information in the "bill to" section, and enter your secret pal
information in the "ship to" section. We will promptly get your gift
out to your secret pal with the information you provide us in the ship to
section. We love sending goodies to "secret pals" and will include a
free gift with the order! In addition, you will receive 15% off your

Our shipping cost is based on the weight of your order.
